what brand from factory would my o2 sensors be on 01 ta?

Original equipment is AC Delco, but I have had good luck with the Bosch replacements.

lazy o2's and thing is it was good like that for a few months but i also ran it untuned for a couple of those months and then few months after i got it tuned it threw the codes. so there just getting lazy.

i was also thinking between the densos or the ac delco because also i never did replace them the car got little over 85k on it
