Default 98 Trans Am no spark or fuel

Hey guys i've hit a dead end, I just installed a new converter car ran and drove fine, however I left the o2 sensors unplugged while i took it out for a spin, car stalled and wouldn't start. After leaving the o2s unplugged we thought we fouled out the plugs so replaced them with tr6s, car turns over but is not getting any fuel or spark. The tach does not move while car is turning over
any help would be greatly appreciated

Check the wiring for the ckp. could have a wire that's been pulled out or got melted. I'd check the wiring first.
