Default AC question

Where is the fan motor located at? My AC is not blowing much unless I have it on high. I am assuming it is the motor. I just don't know where itis located at?

It is not the temperature of the air blowing out. It is the volume of the air. No the windows are not down. Thanks for asking though.

It's right above where a passengers right shin would be. You need to remove two push pins near the glove box hinge to get the black panel out. Then you'll see the motor, it's held in with 5 or 6 screws with a 7mm hex head.
