Default PCM reset question,

Just curious hopefully i didn't mess anything up, i pulled the pcm ign fuse first before i pulled the pcm batt fuse will this destroy anything?

I wasn't thinking at the time. I started the car up and it seems to run fine.

When i pulled the ign fuse with the key on it made a clicking noise in the engine bay.

Your tune will still be there. Just the Fuel trims will get reset.
