Default Timing Tuner from HSW

I bought the Timing Tuner from Harris Speed Works and when I plug it in the car will not start, and the little LED lights don't come on. When I unplug the Timing Tuner and plug the crank position sensor back in the car starts fine...Do i have a faulty box or what. I am getting voltage to the Timing Tuner itself so not sure what is going on. I have called HSW and they gave me the number to the manufacturer but I could use some help tonight if anyone has the answer.

Did you make sure you have a good connection down at the crank position sensor? I can't really help you with the starting issue, but I will tell you to not pay any attention whatsoever to the LEDs. Simple configure the TT just like it says in the directions and it will work. Just test out the kit by pointing the nozzles into a can to make sure every thing's working right.
