Parts ID I picked up a 99 LS1 with some mystery electronics that I need a hand sorting out. It seems to be a short block with an intake and TB, so I have the fun of getting all the small things too!
I think I found the PCM specs, the only thing on it is the number: 09354896, which seems to come from a 99+. I assume I can reflash it by giving it power and hooking up the OBD connector? I have no VIN, will that be a problem? Is this PCM ok or should I pick up a known one.
I have a harness, no clue what it's from, the only tag on there is: 207652. Are there some identifying marks or connectors? I would like to take out the stuff I don't need (EGR, A/C, and so on) This will be an M6 car if that helps.
So far, I have collected a FAST 92/92 intake, F13 cam, ported oil pump, and 243 heads. All this to go in my 89 Formula.
