Drag Racing Tech - what all can be done for weight reduction?

I am goin to the track and i want to pull a really good time so i want to know what all can be done in order to reduce the weight of my car and tricks if any to get quicker et's. I have already drained the washer fluid and removed the spare and jack so what else?

You can pull the rear seats and even the passenger front if you want to go that far. Go with about a 1/4 tank of gas, too.

front sway bar, seats, floor mats, spare tire/jack, go on a diet :angel:

are you running street tires, or do you have lightweight rims/DR/slicks already?

Their is also the Salad Mod...it works for some and it doesn't work for some others...eat salads more often for personal weight reduction.

Not too many balloons as the rear wheels wont have any traction.

Romoval of seats could save some weight, the rear window weighs a bit but cant do without that really, if you have t-tops keep them in as removing them will cause drag. Try to lighten up the tires, filling them with helium probably wont work, but the tyres and rims can be heavy, once they are turning they wont weigh much due to the centrefugal forces but they have dead weight when you launch.
