Default emissions help

i have LT and ORY. i did no reconnect my AIR system. i had previously cleared all the codes off my car and put O2 sims on, but the 02 seems are not preventing the o2 sensor codes from being thrown. now the air system code is being thrown as well as the evap code (new to me). first, will the AIR code stop coming on if i hook it back up? pulling the fuse didn't stop it-but i also thought that the air system was only on the car to warm the cats? i got a pre scan before the emissions test and it was doing the "not ready" thing which i understand is because of the car not going through enough cycles yet. what i'm getting at is if i go get my car fully tuned and get the codes tuned out, will i be able to pass of will the computer show that its been tuned? thanks guys!

no it does not care nor look for a 'tune' change.
it only reads the readiness tests and engine data as its running.

make sure to CUT off ALL of the codes for ALL of the DTCs related to the readiness tests
