Default will a MPT-70 .96a/r t4 fit the stock t4 sts kit

I have a sts kit on my car now but I don't have a turbo. Thinking of going with a MPT-70 t-4 .96a/r. I just want to know if the turbo will fit or will have to modify the t-4 flange on my kit. ( maybe a stupid question)

All other imput would be appreciated I E...turbo choice for my setup (size a/r ?).

I have a 2001 Camaro ls1, SLP LT, no cats, MTI C1 hammer cam
222/222-.566/.566 lsa112,Crane dual valve springs,chromoly push rods, 2200 stall,bolt-ons, sts kit with sts meth,Wal-bro 255 pump and 42lb inj, 3.73grs, and stock A4 car has 45,000miles

also after turbo purchase/before tune I would like to change to E85 GOOD OR BAD???

Thanks guys

I am pretty sure that a T4 is a T4.

Only difference may be the downpipe side, and compressor outlet.

Default thanks for posting

I believe I am looking at the same turbo you bought. I have been speaking with the guy from ModularTurbo about the T-70.

should be the same, but I think you will want a smaller exhaust houseing in a rearmount.

The MPT-70 is an on center 3" v-band. I also agree with the smaller exhaust housing.

I called STS, they said that they don't see why it wouldn't fit, no promises from them though.

You shouldn't have a problem since it's an f-body kit and the WG isn't plumed back into the tail pipe. FYI MP exhaust housing are about 3/16 of an inch shorter in where the v-band is in relationship to the mounting flange then Garrett housings. I also would go with the .68 A/R housing in a rear mount like yours.

.68 is way too small it is going to choke up top. .80 -.96 have been ran with good spool.

I would sell your LTs and pick up a set of stock manifolds and then wrap the exhaust. It will make a world of difference
