Is this against the rules? to have a sig like this...
I read the sig rules... but i'm a little confused as to if this counts as an animation... I notice some of our sponsors have animated sigs, but I'm thinking that since they are "paying sponsors" that's a perk they get...

That sig is considered animated, and is not permitted. Sorry.
The sponsors pay to advertise and have a different set of rules for their signatures that do not apply to normal members.
