Are you saying for the price or overall regardless of price.
For the price...
TEA, Absolute, etc
Regardless of price...
MTI
just my .02 from reading personal sigs and dyno posts

Re: who's got the best heads?
I liked my MTI S2's...
They were good with a descent size cam...
I'm running TEA's on my boosted setup now, those are also good heads, even for motor setups...
My friend with 50,000 hard miles on his car, just dynoed his 98 Z28, it has dynatechs, a custom Y, SLP LM, a 228/232 cam, and TEA S2 heads, made 396rwhp and 370rwtq, this was a stock converter car...
