Default Cost Of Gas And Ls1's

With the rise and gas and let's be honest, it's not going to get any cheaper. For Premium, I'm paying $4.11 for my T/A. Honestly, it just stays in the garage.

If you didn't currenlty own an LS1 and given the current cost of gas, if you saw an LS1 on the used car lot (or whereever) would you still buy one?

I refuse to own any other car besides a muscle car. That's why I'm thrilled with the '00 T/A...it has child seat anchors in it! No need to sell! Woot woot! 9 months out of the year I'm usually travelling by sportbike anyway, so the fuel doesn't really bother me much. And even so, I'm getting a good 25-27 mpg on 400rwhp...what more can I ask for????

If this is the case, throw some 87 in it and take it to get it tuned. I'm running 400rwhp and an AFR of 12:1 on 87 octane.

Paying $4.33/gal for 87 around here...feel lucky you live wherever you do that 91 is still $4.11!

just think of all the money that we probably waste on other things that really add up but we never pay attention too! I know I do!

Man, I really pity you guys out in California. It's highway robbery what you all pay.
