Default ac idler pulley

I tried to replace my AC idler pulley but couldnt get the torx bolt to budge... from my understanding its T50 size... am i correct? Any tips or suggestions for ez removal? I found it extremely hard to keep the torx bit straight while applying pressure to rachet. How do you keep the bit steady enough on there to apply pressure with both hands? Each time I tried that it would slip off and seem like it was just stipping the **** out of it. Is it easiest from top of bottom?

I got it from the bottom, no problems. Turn with your writing hand and hold it straight with your other.
