TB drilled for cam, now on stock cam have bad drivability

TB drilled for cam, now on stock cam have bad drivability My TB is dilled 1/4" for the 227 cam that was in the car. I am now on the stock cam, and drivability sucks. For one thing, one every cold start, I have to give it gas for a second or it dies, I have the cruise control effect like a mother, and when I hit the brakes, it revs up and it always takes a long while to rev down. Can someone please tell me how to fix this stuff?
