Default How long will these tires last?

I'm looking at getting a set of BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KDW 2's for a 95 Z28 'vert and wanted to know how long these tires will last for. Its not going to see the track that often either.

How long do these tires usually last though?

It all depends on your driving habbits and what the treadwear rating is on the tire. The higher the treadwear rating the harder the tire is which will last longer. I had a set of Pirelli P Zero Nero and I got about 25k milese out of em

bump ttt, I'd like to know this. I've only have had mine for a couple weeks and I'm already worried to death thinking they're not going to last long at all.

When I bought my car I had new ones on the front and they lasted about 17k miles.

Reason why I asked was because there was this C5 Z06 around me with those on, and i'm pretty sure he said he only got about 1,500 good miles out of them. I should also mention that it had 845rwhp.. (with spray). So it was very hard for him to get traction with them, and often found himself spinning the tires when launching.

I just dont want to be stuck with a tire that wont last too long that wont be driven too hard..

IMO there is no answer to your question. Its wayyy too dependent on your driving. If you drive around and beat on them and spin the tires constantly they will last a few thousand miles.. If you grandma drive it and never hit the throttle they will last forever. Hell my buddy had a set of BFG Drag radials that lasted 6 years.. He rarely ever drove the car and when he did he drove slower than my grandpa.

I do the occasional burnout, spinning them through 1st and 2nd, and scratch 2-3 plenty, and I have 30K miles on mine. That even includes a couple of these on the line lock:
