shifters I am currently in the market to upgrade the shifter in my '96 formula but there don't seem to be any that I can find on the market (summit and jegs). This is an automatic and i have seen some done, but have also been told that they had to be modified. Are there any direct replacements out there? If not, I'll be going with a B & M mega shifter, or pistol grip quarter stick and have to work on things to make it work right.

Here's an adapter that makes it so you can use any manual shift **** on the A4, http://www.cau-llc.com/shiftknobinstall.html
