Default which lid doesn't rub?

Okay i've heard of this problem a lot and i'm tryin to buy a lid. My buddy also showed me a spot on his ss hood where it was down to the fiberglass because of rubbing. I've also read this is a major problem with the slp lid and after about two hours of reading threads. Ive only read good things about the whisper lid....
i also want one with no leaks. Basically a lid with no problems that come with it.

Had an SLP and it rubbed on my Raptor hood. Got a Fast Toys lid now and no problems whatsoever.

I'm not sure a lot of the blame should go toward the lids, but more so the bellows. If you have anything other than the stock bellows, I suggest you take a look and see if it is causing any flexing of the lid or even the tabs actually popping out and causing a rub.

Another SLP with no problems here.

Just remember, a lid is a lid is a lid. Just get the one you like and if you install it right it shouldn't rub.
