Yep, 4 quarts filled through the shifter. Look around on here, lots of people use different types of fluid. A very common one is Moble 1 ATF.

I get the jugs and the hand pump that screws in the top and fill through the fill hole. With this method I can be certain that I am putting the correct amount in because it will drain out after it is full.

are the hand pumps common to find? if i can pour it straight into where the "shifter covers" i'll do that in the car, probably the easiest way....
Im just trying to come up with a "formula"... so far im think 2 quarts of MOBIL 1 ATF, and 2 quarts of Syngear formula.... but i dont want to wait for that to ship out

Glad to you read the other thread on this and are using what I use....This is what Six Speed Inc. has put me on....The Synergyn lubricants cost a little more, but IMO work better......

Yeah hopefully i'll notice somewhat of a difference with this mixture... I never had any problems with the stock fluid in there... so we'll see!
