Possible backfire?
I spent most of the day washing and detailing my car. So I decided to take it out and enjoy driving around with the t-tops off and the cut outs open.
I noticed that whenever I would go WOT that it sounds like a backfire in between shifts. Just one loud pop and then it would shift. It did this much worse when I first got the car back from having the transmission rebuilt ,but I had a blown fuse that was throwing off my 02 and MAF sensor. So I figured that that was the problem. I am not throwing any codes now however. I never noticed the car doing this before I got my new trany. Do you think its related? If not what could it be?
