Default Centerforce Clutch

Just recently got a centerforce dual friction clutch installed on my 98 trans am. I had the flywheel machined down, replaced the pilot bearing and throw out bearing. I never replaced the slave cylinder at the time because people told me it was not necessary if there was no signs of leakage. Although Centerforce did recommend it but they would say that anyway. Anyways, only have the clutch in about 3 weeks.......not driven hard by no means. The clutch was real easy when I got her back and now the past couple of days it is getting really hard to push............What could be the problem? The clutch can't be f**ked already??
Is there something basic that I am missing?
NEED HELP!!!!
