Default 95 turbo TA inj. pulse disapears at 4,800 once warm

I have a 95' TA turbo that I can warm up to running temp take it out do a pull works fine. go to do it again hits 4,800 rpm and sits there. tell i get out of it for a sec. then get back in as long as im almost wide open it will work but soon as its fully pinned it will cut out at 4,800 makes no sene has injectors 2 pumps all that is good no check eng. thought it might b a safty fuel cut for high temps checked with computer and temps read fine but when it happens inj. pulse goes small along with volume threw maf and everything else but it happens at same time and any of those going out could cause the rest....but it makes no sence any ideas would help

Do you have a log showing it hit 4800rpm, or are you eyeballing it? What is the fuel cutoff set to?
