Default Hesitation on upshifts

Over the past couple months, progressively more often, I've been getting hesitation for a second or two when I upshift. It doesn't happen every time and it's only if I upshift and the rpm's drop below 2,000ish. After a second or two it's fine until the next upshift. Shifting faster seems to reduce the chances of it doing it. Any ideas on what could be causing it? I've tried Seafome and 44-K. O2 sensors maybe???

Start small, try a fuel filter, if its bad enough, you'll be plesantly surprised!

I changed out my front O2 sensors (I don't have rears anymore). I'll be more convinced after driving it a few more times, but the problem seems to be fixed.
