Drove something probably nobody else has! GM Fuel-Cell Vehicle!
I had the chance tuesday to drive GM's test bed for their fuel cell technology in one of the handfull of the modified Chevy Equinox's that they currently have! It was fun to drive and it drove pretty much what you would expect from a normal vehicle except turns hydrogen gas into electricity and the ONLY byproduct is water. It is about the equivalent to 44-45mpg, makes about 120-130hp which is impressive but the torque was increadible. And with electric motors, it makes full power at 0 rpm! You mash the throttle down it accelerates firm and remains constant till you let up. Power wise I would say it is on par with my wifes 04 Grand Am with the 2.2L EcoTech. Once hydrogen infrasturcture is set up the cost for hydrogen will drop to around $1.50/kg of the stuff, 1KG of hydrogen is equivalent to 1 gal of gasoline. The "Tach" is measuring Kilowatts x10 per hour. The Green below the zero indicates power that is re-generated from braking like a typical hybrid. Well the pictures and videos give you a general idea...
From Preety much a stand still and 4 guys in the vehicle accelerating up hill:

And accelerating up to 70 something up and on ramp to the expressway:

Here is a picture I took at the 2007 Rochester, NY auto show when I first saw this vehicle. Its a picture of a cut-a-way fuel cell to give you an idea of what makes the power:
