Car won't turn over

Car won't turn over I just got done with some extensive mods and now my car won't crank over. I tried a new key with no luck. If I bypass the relay it will crank. I did remove the stock pcm and the wiring to/from it for a BS3 install but I don't think any of that should effect the starter. Could it be something in the vats?

Got it fixed. Found out that I cut the wire from the starter relay ground to the BCM when I was taking out the PCM. I was being very careful but I guess not careful enough. I had a stray wire left over when I was done....now I know what it goes to.
