Default PCM Dead?

I just got done replacing head gaskets on my 98 Z28. After finishing up I try to start up for the first time and the car wont start. It cranks, but I have no injector pulse, fuel pump wont start at all...not even prime, and I will get one spark right when I turn the ignition to on but nothing while cranking. Also I have no odometer/trip showing up...It looks lit up but nothing is there. If anyone has any input to what the problem would be I am all ears. Oh ya one more thing I have already checked all the fuses and relays under the hood. Thanks for any help in advance!!
