Default need to know exactly what are the best fluids....

ok 02 Z28....what type of power steering fluid and how much to fill? brake fluid, dot3,4 synthetic and how much? engine coolant just dexcool and how much? transmission fluid for the T56 how much and synthetic yes or no?

I see another thread based on opinion and little fact.

I use store brand PS fluid, brake fluid, sometimes trans fluid too. DOT3..brake...Dexron 3 equivalent trans.

Want to get confused and not have a clue what to use? Find the synthetic vs conventional trans fluid thread.

from all the reading i have done over the past couple years, this is what i have ended up using;
Motor Oil: German Castrol 0w30
Power Steering Fluid: Red Line Synthetic
Brake Fluid: ATE Super Blue
Coolant: Valvoline (Zerex) G-05
Tranny Fluid: Valvoline Max Life

ATE super blue where can i get that? and what is it rated at DOT 3, 4? is it synthetic?

because thats what it comes in and there are several posts and threads showing plenty of data on how good this engine oil is on stock and bolt-on cars.
