Default intercooler?

i have a sts rear turbo on my camaro an my question is when i wash my car is it alright to clean the intercooler meaning getting it wet an taking all the bugs off..?

wetting the intercooler doesnt affect it at all as long as you dont get water INSIDE of the intercooler, in other words dont wet the intercooler if you have all the pipes around it loose or disconnected. If anything take it off clean it however you want and with spray it with an air nozzle (compressor) to get most of the water out.
