def. headers before a cam. you have to let the engine breath before you can stuff a cam in there.

Agreed, go with some Header's before a Cam. I notice you dont have a Ported Throttle Body or upgraded to LS6 Intake Manifold listed for your mods. Those are also some good mods before a Cam.

Unless you're looking at the TR CheatR cam, the headers will make more power. An engine is an air-pump. As long as the stock manifolds are choking the exhaust, it doesn't matter how big a cam ou put in, it'll be choked and make less than optimal power. AFTER adding headers the cam will make more HP.

Get the headers 1st.....then the cam.

Dont forget LS6 or FAST Intake Manifold & Ported TB. You should definately hit 400 with all these mods.

Headers will in no way make more power than a cam the cheatr makes like 35rwhp headers won't unless you have a cam already then headers add on . Exple

My neighbor have headers on a stock t/a I don't I have a ls6 cam with the intake and I beat him by a car and thats a smaller cam just see if I had the cheatr..OOOO

If you are wanting to do both headers and a cam, then definitly do the headers first. The cam might give you a little more of a gain initially, but without headers you won't get as much as you should out of a cam swap.

Next I'll be adding the ls6 ported heads and will see how much more I pick up.
I already have the cam an intake so heads should top it off.

True, you only get a few HP from a ported TB but it all adds up in the end.
