North AL Nube, glad to be here
I've wanted a Camaro since I was about 12 years old. Now I'm 42 and finally got me one
I wasn't really looking to buy a car, but I stumbled into this deal and couldn't resist. It's a '98 model with...drum roll please...just 15k miles on it!
Somebody north of Pittsburgh bought it and drove it about 1000 miles the first year then 200 miles and less and less per year till 2003. Carfax shows annual servicing at the dealership through 2003 with the decreasing annual mileage. Then it got titled in Tennessee in early '07 with 1690 miles. Another 13k miles or so were driven just over the past year.
Now it's mine: a practically new '98 Z28 in sweet home Alabama. It's got the LS1 with a 6 speed manual tranny. Lots of goodies like t-top, power windows/locks/seat, cd, cruise, etc.
Showroom original except the pimpin 18" wheels. I think I'll either put those back to stock or at least tone them down some. Maybe some 17" inchers in black chrome. Whoot!
I'm looking forward to learning more about it (and what to do to it!) from you folks. See ya around!
