Default Whats the biggest cam I can

use on an egine with 11:1 CR without having to worry about PtoV clearance.

have you milled the heads???? have you replaced the pistons......gotta tell us a lot more than compression ratio......

No i havent done any of that . I am currently looking for a cam and want to go with a decent amount of lift and duration without having to modify the pistons. But when I plan on getting heads they prolly will have to be milled to obtain the desired compression ratio

you can get about a 600 lift on stock stuff...any more and you will have PtV clearance problems(so I've been told when I was looking for my cam)If you mill the heads..it will be even less lift possibility.....Plan for all of it at onece...do the heads first...measure to be sure and then buy the cam so you knw what kind of room you hve so you dont end up with little dents on your pistons.
