Default Removing Rust on Cylinder Walls

About to put the heads back on... looks like there is rust on the cylinder walls. Any ideas how to clean it off??? ive got it coated in oil right now. Anyone have a better idea????

I just did the same thing you did...soak em in oil..wait about an hour or so and then go back over the walls with a rag and more fresh oil..takes care of most of it...or you could use WD-40 and then re-coat the walls with oil..either way works good...but dont let a little rust bother u...it will be fine with some stuck to the walls if you cant get it off...Later,
