Default Bad night at the track.

Couldn't 60ft. worth a ****, wheel hop up the azz, car slowed from 13.9-14.0s in this air (with 3.42s) too 14.4-14.6s (with 4.11s), i trapped at 5800 in 4th. @ 99, now i feel i need to get a 28" tire to kill off some gear, i install better gears & the car get slower WTF, car seems to feel good, just ain't putting down good #s now.

Wheel hop is all about your suspension
Not knowing about your set-up is kind of hard.
Here are a couple of basic for a stick f-body;
LCA relocation brackets is first.
For a stick car MT 28x10.5S works great with 4.56 gears.
Next, LCA, TQ-arm, Good rear shocks

It has relacation brackets, i paid to have them added on, there in the middle slot, IMO, these 4.11s are way too steep for a stock cammed LT1 running a 25" tire, it ran 13.7s with 3.42s, i see they make a 28x11.5 ET street that i can put on my stock 16" wheels, the TA is a BMR, but its non-adj. & my pinion angles at around -3.5, the shocks are KYB gas-ajust.

I was told the LCA relocation brackets would eleminate the wheel hop & thats all that was really needed, i was going to change shocks, but was told they are fine, i'm just wondering if i need to put the bars in the lowest hole maybe, the LCAs & Panhard bar are aftermarket Tubeulor.

A taller tire might not help you. It might slow you down. What was your 60? Weather? Try moving the lca's to the lower hole in the bracket. Play with tire pressure.
