Default Fast 90 vacuum plumbing on an LS6

Just installed the fast 90 and LS2 TB in my LS6 CTS-V. My question is, the old LS6 TB had a vacuum?/fresh air? port the LS2 doesn't. So now I have a line coming from the passenger side valve cover that used to go the the TB that no longer has a home, and one from the valley pan that goes to the same spot as the LS6 intake. What do I do with the line from the valve cover?

You can cap it off, but you should probably run a breather somewhere so that the PCV has a place to pull in fresh air.
