Need aftermarket Fuel Rails...LS1 injectors in LS7 manifold
Hello All,
Currently I'm running LS1 injectors in a LS7 manifold using Katech's spacer kit. Right now, I'm looking to swap out that stock LS7 fuel rail for some aftermarket fuel rails with crossover, that will connect into the stock fuel line. I would also like to be able to hook up the Autometer’s fuel pressure sending unit (pn 2246) and wire harness (pn 5223) so I can log my fuel pressure. What should I be looking at?
Thanks!
Adrian

Adrian,
Aeromotive has rails for the LS7 intake, part # 14142. They come with the brackets for the stock injector and bracket for the taller injector (LS1 style). See them here:
http://www.aeromotiveinc.com/products.php?prod=263
If this is what you are looking for let me know and I can get the rest of the part #'s you need.

Yes, that is exactly what I'm looking for as far as a fuel rail goes. I do also need the crossover, and it needs to be able to hook up to the stock fuel line. I would also need the bracket to use the LS1 style injectors, as I'm running SVO 42lbers.
Thank you very much for your help.

Adrian,
Here is the fitting needed to make the connection to the factory feed line, part # 15116.
http://www.aeromotiveinc.com/products.php?prod=87
It has a 1/8" NPT port for a fuel pressure gauge hook-up. As for the rest of the fittings and lines are you wanting to use 6 or 8 AN lines?

Hey C5Fire, I really appreciate all your help, but I was able to find a complete kit from Nasty N8 (Nasty performance) that is a complete plug-in kit! Plus it was a little cheaper than going this route, and included all the crossover hardware.
FWIW, I've got this motor in my F-Body, 2001, with a good amount of clearance in the back.
Thanks again!

Your setup is what prompted me to order from Nate! Its a really nice looking setup.
Question though, did you notice any flash on the inside of the rails that you had to clean out from the injector bungs being drilled? I've got flashing in mine, and not really sure how to get it out, probably just have to run some wire brush down the bore, just like cleaning my M4 haha.
Also, I polished mine up to a mirror finish, took only 20 mins! Looks beautiful, I'll post pics when I get a chance.
