yea i def considered that... but depending on how clean i cut them, it might look worse eh i guess im going to have to live with it... according to ARP's website they only make 2 options for our car 2.5" and 3.25" i guess im gonna have to put the 3.25" on unless there is another company that makes studs for our cars ... anyone want 10 2.5" arp studs practically brand new? lol

Does the stud pass through the wheel up front it only needs atleast 1/8" passed it. I have 2.5" up front with 5/16 spacer and 3.25" out back if that helps.

get the spacer off of there, or run a thinner one, or put a wheel on that doesn't require the grinding. Convo pro's fit with no grinding, and bogarts fit no problem as well.

Hate to say it, but that's your choices if you don't want to run the longer studs. Or, as suggested put the longer ones on and cut them down.

There is another way, I wouldn't really reccommend it, but it can be done. You "could" put some small short stubs of other studs in the end of the lugnuts, so it "looks" like they're there.. but do at your own risk because it's not the right way to do it. I know people that have done this and gotten away with it, it's not legal nor is it safe, but I have seen people do it.
