Exclamation ProCharger Tensioner for D1SC

The tensioner pullley on my car looks really worn. I was wndering if I could get something besides the aluminum pulley that ProCharger offers to replace it. I tried matching it up with some from parts stores but had no luck. I would like to get a pulley that isn't going to wear like the aluminum one does.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks,

SBP

I called ProCharger today and was on hold forever. So I hung up. I guess I will give the guys at Exotic Performance Plus a call tomorrow and get the prices from them.

I am sorry about that, we were swamped with calls yesterday plus I had to get my car out of the trailer yesterday morning and get the car back to our shop. This took me out of the phone loop for several hours. Bob

I need to get the one for a 6 rib setup. Just gonna get by until I can get a better pulley setup. This setup seems to eat belts up. No matter how tight it is, the belt still slips.

Do you happen to have a link to the 6 rib one?

It was ProCharger that left me on hold forever and never came back. I looked on my phone and I sat on hold for 28 minutes before hanging up. I still haven't had a chance to call you on the phone.

Thanks for your help.

You can order the one in the link above and put in the notes that you have a six rib, or give us a call at 260 244-4808. Thanks. Bob

i ran into the same problem... even with the 8 rib setup. Procharger makes great stuff, but save the hassle and headache and buy the SDCE tensioner. believe me... been there, done that.

I went straight from the Procharger 6 rib to the SDCE 8 rib set up. That was straight 500 rwhp at the wheels.

Gotta love the guys at EPP; great service, product that runs hard & fast without breaking and even tried to cover for their supplier. You guys are a class act...
