Sorry, just bored. Acting service manager at a used car supercenter outside of Camden. Needless to say anyone I do get a chance to talk too here (aren't many) is not too smart.

Today I had a guy come into the shop just bought a car from the used lot. Car was "AS IS". Anyways A month later realized the A/C blows warm. We check it out now and find that there is a wiring issue. (8 wires run to a connector???? Right behind the fuse box) Then also find someone ghetto rigged the A/C compressor to be on ALL the time. LOL. Compressor bad, most likely contaminated A/C system and a headache of wiring harness. We offered to buy back the car and help them on a newer one hahahahaha. Sad Sad Sad.

Went to do a customer request right front axle job today. Technician comes to me and says every lug nut is frozen on. I talk to the customer and get the usual, "It wasn't like that before I brought it in, you must of done something wrong to it!"
Haha being a Service Manager = Unreal sometimes.
Edit: Wouldn't you think if I was going to break something so I can "get more money from him" I'd at least have the technician finish the axle first so I can get paid for that? Hahaha.

Yeah, sometimes you get some crazy stuff. I dealt with a customer I helped the other day where we spoke word of mouth on a coolant flush, and we agreed to do a serpentine belt. After the belt was done she responded with is the flush done? Repair order only showed the belt was what was signed for. Mother called the next day and told me that she felt because of her daughters good looks I messed up. She said her old grey haired self would come in and fix it lol Nice mother overall though
