What is the best PSI to get for a gas powered pressure washer? I will use this to wash the vehicles and maybe the porch and bricks occasionally. No major industrial type cleaning, but the mail car gets pretty filthy. There is a 1900 PSI for 199 dollars and the next one up is 2100 PSI for 299 dollars. How many PSI is your average car wash? What kind does everybody own and how many PSI should I get? Thanks. :usa:

During the summer, I work on a bunch of pressure washers for a deck/sealcoat company and I usually see around 2500 to 3500psi. I used a 3500 on my car before and it was fine.

I would go with a Honda 3500psi pressure washer. Hondas run awesome and are easy to maintain. They cost more, but are worth it in the end.

Briggs usually runs at a lower psi setting. Also I have noticed with briggs is that sometimes they like to surge for a few minutes until they warm up.

Honda is your best bet
