berger panel question??? hey guys i just had a few questions about how to go about and paint my berger panel i have it removed and the decals off. But dont know what to do from their. Do i sand off the old color then primer it then paint it or what im lost never done this befor. thanks for the help guys

what is the difference from a stock panel to the berger????? am i just not seeing it why are they so special? i honestly think having it back looks like they forgot to paint it gloss or not. JMO so dont bash me for it.
