Saying Goodbye!!!
Well as some of you know michelle and I are getting married in september. Well unfortunatly she is losing her job a few weeks before the wedding which really sucks. Well we just found out that she got a job offer in Florida at scrips institute doing research. So it looks like after the wedding I will be leaving the state of Mass, and moving on down to port st lucie. Its going to kinda of suck leaving my car buddies and my family but I have to do what I have to.

You'll love it down there, plus you'll find it alot cheaper to live, drag strips all over the place, no more suck-*** Ma. pot-hole infested and winter salted roads, etc, etc, etc. Consider it a fresh start.....WJ

best way to stay put is if you bought property 3 and a half years. the market will get my condo back to where it was when i bought it in 5 more years then it'll have 10,000 of equity in another 30. who cares, i want to pay it off before i move and just have it as built up equity.
property down there is really inexpensive.

Yea but try to take a 30,000.00 hit on a loan then go into another with zero down and 30,000.00 of debt to roll over. The banks are giving everything a really hard time even with 20% down, they would throw a pencil at my eye.
I dont want to leave Boston, I never really left and I'm comfortable spending the rest of my life in one tiny area.
Change is BAD!!!!!
