Angry Throttle position sensor A !!! problem

After i did H/C swap this code came for me & my transmission shift like pig !!!!! i did swap the sensor but the problem still there!!! I`ll be thankful for your help !!!

Note, i got the hp tuner & the scanner too ..

Scan for the TPS -voltage- (not %) and see if it's
below 0.6V or above 4.7V at idle and WOT respectively.
You can do this with key on, engine off using a meter
too. TPS voltage faults will cause a "failsafe" short
shift behavior.

Jimmyblue: If it's below 0.6V or above 4.7V at idle and WOT so what should i do to fix the problem ?

You should chase down the wiring fault if it's just whacked,
or look at why the sensor is skewed if it's only a bit outside
limits.
