I need the part number for the rubber insulator thats missing in the picture. Ive looked online and had no luck.

thanks, and your sure that includes the rubber piece because all it says is hanger?

yeah its only 16 bucks at gmpartsdirect.com but then its another 11 for S&H

gmpartsdirect.com lists all of their parts at dealer cost but they have hefty shipping charges. Find a good dealer, preferrably a big dealer, and ask for the part at "trade" pricing. They make 25% over cost and you save some money. All they can do is say no, dealers in my area will do this but I am in GM country.
