Default Can I use the newer t stat in my 2001
Is there some way to use a 04 and up ls1 t stat in my 01 like swapping out the water neck to a newer style or some thing.

You will have to buy a new style water pump with the separate housing and t-stat.

well that stinks i was hope'n that all i would have to do is get the new housing and the water pumps where the same.
