Like many people on this site, I had a hard time priming the fuel pump of my 6.0L which had sat for over a year before I was able to crank it for the first time.
Now I wonder: my car will be a nice weather car, and will be parked for several months over winter (probably a good 5 months+...). Will I have problems getting oil pressure every spring? If so, how do I avoid this problem, start the car once a month...? I certainly do not want to pour 17 quarts of oil in the engine to prime the pump every spring...
