LT/ls6 intake swap car runs amazing!!!
After a few nights of debating I decided not to tear out my motor in the middle of summer to put all my new parts on. Instead I just installed my LS6 intake manifold and my Lt headers/cated Y, along with some nitto T555r's and il tell you what did it make a difference letting that car hook and breathe it really pulls hard now and i beat cars before that were close with me because all I did was spin. The powerband feels much stronger all the way around definatley glad I didnt take my motor apart in summer
idk what the point of this thread was I was just stoked that it runs awsome for just a weekends worth of work cant wait for heads/cam this winter

actully she isnt tuned yet the tsp catted y does not have after cat o2 bungs in it so i need to take it and have that code deletedI do notice it runs very very rich and sucks gas like its going out of style but none the less i notice it runs alot better and after the tune Im expecting to squeez a little more out of it before I tear it apart in a few months.
for a baseline dyno the previous owner had it done I dont recall an exact number but b4 the Lts LS6 intake and all the suspension/gear which is what ive done so far I recall it so be between 320-330 whp roughly what do you think the new mods added because the whole powerband feels much stronger

tnmotown- that sounds about right sounds like you also have a very stout running bolt on LS1 you should do some nittos and see how you do at the track

I got some pacesetter longtubes with off road y no cats and the flowmaster cat-back boy that thing sounds mean. I been thinking about getting a cut out instead of buying a whole new cat-back since I am hearing the flowmasters flow crappy
