L92s+Mild cam, LS2 in a 06 GTO
I just wanted to post my dyno results up here and see if they're on par with where I should be. Dyno tuning was done by Ed Hutchings (edcmat-l1) at The HP Factory in Portsmouth, VA. He spent four-five hours on my car, with almost no notice, was happy to answer every dumb question I had about everything, and sent me away happy with my car, finally. Thanks, Ed I'll be talking with you soon!
Car is a 6.0 LS2 GTO, six speed. Stock gears, stock bottom end.
Sorry for the tiny size, but the important numbers are 440rwhp, and close as doesn't matter to 400rwtq, with a big broad curve. Pulls hard from down low, with plenty of usable, drivable, lug-it-in-sixth torque.
Mods:
Twin-Filter cai, utilizes the hood scoops on the 06 GTO
Ported 90mm LS2 TB, ported L76
Bone stock L92 heads, double springs, titanium hardware, GM rocker arms
Mild cam, Stage I L92 cam from Livernois
(224/230 .581/.591 114LSA)
1 3/4 SLP long tubes, catted, Magnaflow catback
I know for a fact there is not one single horsepower left in the tune. How much performance am I leaving on the table with untouched heads? Ed said mine were the first set of box-stock heads he's tuned. How much would I gain from going up a size in camshaft? The car is a DD so reliability and streetability are a must.

I have been to the track a few times, and I have a few good numbers, unfortunately not all in the same run though.
First time at the track, with just heads, cam, and headers, I was running 13 flats, at 112-113mph. I couldn't hook for *****.
Second time out, with a catback added, my best run was with a 1.8 60', 12.49 @ 107mph. The low mph is due to the fact that I missed fourth (yes, fourth) and was off the gas for a good half second right before I crossed the 1/4 mark before getting back on it. So I'm guessing with that decent 60' and not missing any gears, and now with the ported intake, I'd be in the low 12s, possibly 11s.

I think the power is very good considering the mild cam and compression. Not sure if this would be any more power than if you had left the 243 heads and added a FAST intake and the same cam, but like I said, very good power!

As for changing the combo completely, yes we could get him real close to 500 rwhp, but thats not what he wants. He wants a very mild, driveable car.
Theres hidden power in these heads, without ever porting. Just a few "tweaks" is all that needed on a combo like this. We can probably gain another 20-25 without even porting.

Indeed it is. It drives damn near stock, like I said I can lug it, start in second, ease out of first without touching the gas...
According to Ed, there is a lot more power to be had in the heads, without making any sacrifices. A bump in compression and his little "tweaks" should put me over 450rwhp, and keep the great street manners I've gotten used to. And, come the fall, help me break into the 11s.

Good numbers.
Here is mine that is something similar to compare to:
All the specs in my sig + the L92's are pocket ported/bowl blended.
1 3/4" longtubes with x pipe and full 2.5" exh. no cats.
The heavy 275/55-20's and 5.13's are a hinderance when compared to car numbers.
Also, mine should have more in it since it was in the 12.5:1 range on the top end.
Timing is 32* through the mid-range and pulled back to 28-29* above 5800.
