adding factory steering wheel controls to a 98 camaro??? ive already upgraded to an 02 factory monsoon radio to add the periphreal ipod connector. i was wondering if it were possible to add a newer steering wheel to it just for the fact of having the controls.
what would be needed?
is it plug and play when it comes to the electrical?
will the airbag fit from my 98 steering wheel?

Yes its possible. I did it on a 99. Just need to replace the wiring that goes through the column. There will be an extra 4 pin plug...hook up 12V,ground, illum and the last wire goes to a pin on the radio. You need a newer airbag.
