N.E.D Outlaw 10.5 real street 7/26 Lined up with Vinny 860 performance in the finals. He treed me by a tenth but I got it back in the 60 foot my 1.59 to his 1.6x. got in front of him by the 1/8th . Car felt really strong -- knew I had to let off or break out. I let out around 1000 ft and vinny flies by me like Im standing still. Pissed, banging on the dash board, cant beleive i got beat. Pick up the time slip and see I got the win with a MOV of .005 on a 11.55 at 112. Great day hangin with you guys up there. Thanks again Don the car is running strong as hell. It ran a 11.54@120 hot around noon at 85 deg air temps. Put the new tranny/verter combo in yesterday. Hated to screw with a working combo but hopefully be faster next week.

Congrats again, I left right before the finals and was wondering wich one of you guys won. I was going to stay just to watch you guys race but it was hot and I still had a 2hr ride home.

for not being there, even though they all wished they were with you. 
I'm going to bring the guns back this weekend cleaned up, I'm still waiting on a couple backordered parts but I'll just bring them down if they ever come in.
At this point I'm planning on coming down and then going up to the race on saturday. Are you going to the track this weekend?

ps, yea, im really gay, floating around on a 60+ mph boat with my old lady looking sexy as hell in her bikkini swimin in 75* water like a frog, chilling like a mad man with a beer in my hand while you poor suckers are 100 degrees sweatin your *** off all for 9 seconds of fun.

You didn't miss anything, it was a long hot day and we got knocked out in the semi's by Matalina. He ran a 9.503 on a .000 reaction time. Not much you can do about that.

Brad, your gay for boating instead of racing. Did you guys take turns suntan lotion-ing eachother up? I know you said that was your favorite part of you last gay-only boat trip.
That was a super-close race, I kinda thought you had it, but it was way to close to tell, until I got the slip.
The funny thing is that I made it to the finals with a .001 sec win, to loose it by .005sec!!! Talk about close!!!

Krazy-- advertised payout was 250 but he pays what he wants. Last win I got 125. Wont know until next race.
Noyzee-- I hear ya on the boatin thing but I 've been boatin all my life and this is my first year racin and I am enjoying the hell out of it. I used to say the same thing every year when my buds tried to talk me into going to bike week. hmmm drink beer with a bunch of sweaty bikers in 90 deg weather or drink beer with babes in bikinis on my boat. tough choice

More Cam --- hell yeah !! we will have to talk about that. The new 4600 stall will want more cam. It does not even move the car at idle. have to give it gas to make it go fwd or reverse. I would definitely give up some driveability to go faster. car runs like stock now. Think the 10 bolt will like 1.4x 60s ?

I love the racing thing, but after years of agrivation, sweating my *** of, for 9 sec of fun. screw it.
i'll be a spring/fall racer, a summer boated, and a winter sledder!! i got it all covered. hehe
