Air leak?

Air leak? I have an air leak and can't find it anywhere. Then I noticed on my SLP lid that the hole for the AIR pump was never plugged. I deleted the AIR system a while ago so nothing was in the hole/port in my lid. Would this cause my car to have an air leak since it is in the intake lid though?
