Default Low Dyno #'s from my 402. Graph Inside

I will say car feels strong and runs well. I was disappointed with numbers however. I've seen others on here with setups similar if not lesser than mine putting out very close to 500 rwhp and 475 + rwtq.

Heres the stats:

Forged LS2 402ci from TSP, 11:1 compression
PRC 6.0L 2.5 stg heads with dual springs, 72cc
244/248 cam on a 113 LSA, .612/.615
YT Ultralite 1.7 rockers
Ported FAST 90
AR 1 7/8" headers with TD's at the axle
25% underdrive pulley
42# injectors w/255lph walbro

The car is a M6 with the stock 10 bolt. I think thats about all the info you need.

Heres the graph.

With your setup I'm getting 10.5 -1 compression. On a very similar setup as yours but AFR 225 heads we had to run 21 degree's of total timing. It actually lost 40hp running 26 degree's with no KR.It made 530rwhp.

My bad, its a Dynojet! It was a hot day, but it was in the shade, 50% humidity. I'm told its 11:1 from TSP. They are -2cc Diamond pistons, .040 cometic head gaskets, and the 72cc chamber heads. They had to run a lot of timing which i'm told is due to crappy heads. Its at 28 to 30 degrees.

The HP isn't soooo bad, but why is my TQ way low???

With that cam and setup, I'm a little surprised the power starts to decrease before 6500rpm. However, your power numbers are definitely good.
You have a huge flowing exhaust, but how well do those heads flow. The cam and exhaust are a match, what about the heads? I personally haven't reviewed/seen flow data on them.

They are the LS7 lifters. The preload is around .80". I don't have a problem with the sewing machine sound at all.

For now, the car is a mild build. Due to some unfortunate problems, its my only car and it was in hundreds of peices when I needed it back ASAP. I didn't exactly have all the money laying around, so I was getting things little by little when it was my play toy. I had to cheap out on the heads, but you can tell I didn't skimp on anything else motor wise.

My plan once its my weekend toy again is to get some really nice heads. I don't know which ones yet, but probably some 225's. Have these milled down for me to get 11.5:1 and I should be gaining what i've been missing. That plan sound about right?

Sound has nothing to do with it.

I think it affects it if the preload is weak. Anyways, why do you ask?

It is true, but I won't be taking my car to the track anytime soon. I don't have the rearend to handle a launch. I baby it around town for the most part. If i'm going to go, its going to be on a 12 bolt with some slicks. I'll probably be kicked off the track after the first run any ways.

I would say it seems a tad low for a m6/10bolt. My 402 made 517hp 468tq stang dyno. I guess the heads.
